www.extenda.es is the website of the Andalusian Agency for International Promotion. It is a company dedicated to the planning, design, and implementation of promotional activities for Andalusian products and businesses in the international market. The aim of this LEGAL NOTICE is to regulate access and use of the Website and, in general, the relationship between the site itself and its users.
With the ultimate aim of enabling the rapid and effective development of this relationship between Extenda and its users, Extenda hereby guarantees the privacy of its online services in accordance with legal requirements, whilst explaining its policy of personal data protection so that users can decide freely and voluntarily whether they wish to provide Extenda with their personal data, as set out in the electronic form for subscription to the services offered by Extenda on its WEBSITE.

Confidentiality and the automatic processing of users' personal data.
Extenda guarantees the confidentiality of personal data supplied by users, which will be processed automatically, in accordance with the existing legislation concerning the protection of personal data (organic Law 15/99, of December 13, for the Protection of Personal data, Royal decree 994/1999 of June 11, by which the Regulations on security measures for automated files containing information of a personal nature was approved in conjunction with all the applicable rules).
Extenda has adopted the levels of security protection for personal data which are legally required, and has activated all the means at their disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access or robbery of the data supplied. Despite this, users should be aware that security measures on the Internet are not 100% safe.
Any personal data which is supplied will be treated in an automated process and incorporated into the corresponding automated files by Extenda. Extenda will provide users with the necessary technical means so that, before supplying any personal data, they can access this legal notice concerning the Policy for the Protection of Personal Data or any other relevant information, before giving their consent for Extenda to use the data in an automated system.
Extenda reserves the right to Modify the current policy in order to adapt it to new legal or jurisprudential requirements as well as industry practices, whilst always bearing in mind the legitimate interests of the consumer or user. Rights of users concerning their personal data with respect to third parties
Extenda will not cede personal data of users which they obtain through the WEBSITE to third parties without the express permission of the user. Extenda will offer the user the possibility of accepting or declining the cession of their data.
Extenda undertakes to expressly inform the user about the cession of their personal data to third parties, indicating the identity of the third parties in question and the reason for providing them with the data.

The texts (information, concepts, opinions etc.), graphic elements (design, logos, font etc.),presentation and assembly of the WEBSITE are the exclusive property of Extenda. These are deemed protected works by the Spanish and Community Laws on intellectual property, in accordance with Legislative Royal Decree 1/1996, of April 12, by which the Amended Text of the Law on Intellectual Property and Law 5/1998, of March 6, for the Incorporation of Directive 96/9/EC on the Legal Protection of Databases into Spanish Legislation were approved. International treaties covering these issues are also applicable. Extenda grants no user licence or authorisation of any kind for its industrial and intellectual property rights or any other property or right related to its WEBSITE, unless expressly agreed with third parties.
Users may reproduce the content of the WEBSITE for the sole purpose of storing it, making backup copies, or printing it for private use.
